Funeral Services For Ed Johnson, Macedonia, This Afternoon at 2:00

          Funeral services will be conducted this afternoon for J. C. (Ed) Johnson, of Macedonia, at the Methodist church there.  Mr. Johnson passed away Tuesday at his home at the age of 62 years.

           He was born in this state in 1875, the son of Alexander and Sarah Johnson.  He was married in 1896 to Dora Flowers, who survives.  For several years he had operated a general store on Route 14 at the Macedonia crossroads.

           Besides his wife, the following children survive:  Mrs. Lillian Fowler, Everett, Willard, Wilford, Guy, Goldie, and Dorothy Johnson.  Three brothers, Riley, Albert and Elmer Johnson, also survive.

           Rev. A. B. Clodfelder will officiate at the funeral services, and interment will be held at the Macedonia cemetery with Drake Funeral Home in charge.
