Harry A. Maulding.  Funeral services were conducted at the Taylor Church Tuesday afternoon for Harry A. (Arthur) Maulding, 57, who passed away at his home near Hill's store east of Bernie following a cerebral hemorrhage.  He is survived by his widow, five daughters and four sons.  Interment was in Taylor Cemetery with Duncan service.

Harry Arthur Maulding's widow was Mamie Ellen Claytor.  He was survived by twelve children, eight daughters, Grace Ellen, Ora Christine, Velma Fern, Alma Josephine, Doris Juanita, Betty Jane, Ruth Ilene, Deloris Eloise and four sons, John Wesley, Edward Arthur, Reginald Earl and Charles Dale.  One daughter, Thelma Bell (e) preceded him in death.  He was born in McLeansboro, Hamilton County, Illinois April 3, 1886 and died in Stoddard County, Missouri March 7, 1942.  He was the son of Lorenzo Dow Maulding and Sarah Ellen Haley Maulding.  He was a Justice of the Peace.
