Last Will and Testament of Jonathan Sandefur

(Part of Will) -ITEM-I give and bequeath to my loving wife, Constance, all my whole estate of what sort or kind so ever during her natural life or widowhood.

ITEM-I give and bequeath unto my son, Gerrard, a negro called Robin, thatis to say at, or after my wife's decease or marriage, or before if she thinks it proper to give him. ITEM-I give & bequeath to my daughter Elizabeth Morris, and my daughter Ann Sandefur, a negro winch called Dinah to be equally divided between them allowing my son, Gerrard, to keep the negro paying to my two children aforementioned the value that is to say the value at or after my wife's decease or marriage, but in case the winch having issue or increase, then my son, Gerrard, to come in for a proportional part of such issue or increase, also in case my daughter Ann, should die without issue lawfully begotten, then the part of my estate falling to her to be equally divided between the surviving children or their heirs. My will and desire is that after my just debts are paid that the residue of my estate of what sort or kind so ever be equally divided between my three children namely Elizabeth, Gerrard, and Ann, that is to say the valuation at or after my wife's decease or marriage and their heirs and I do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my loving wife, Constance, to be my executor of this my last will and testament.
